We recommend card payment on purchase at BUGIstudio. This is the cheapest, fastest and most secure payment method.As a buyer, you are fully protected and the bank knows that no amount is deducted if you have not bought anything.When paying by card, you will be redirected to a separate payment page at QuickPay, where you will enter your payment information after your order has been shipped.The payment page at QuickPay is SSL-encrypted and therefore secure and certified by PBS. By properly completing payment, you will see a receipt page showing the amount, order number and payment identification.The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Since all our products are made specially for the buyer and printed after ordering, our normal delivery time is between 7-14 working days after ordering.If the basic products are out of stock or there are delays with our subcontractors, we will contact the buyer within 1-4 business days via email and notify about when we expect to deliver the finished products.We will of course do everything we can to get the goods produced as soon as possible.
BUGI.dk delivers to addresses in Denmark. There are options on the website for different forms of delivery, PostNord, GLS, DAO etc., which you choose for purchase. Shipping and shipping prices are the same for all items, but different depending on the supplier, package shop or home delivery.
It is important that you, as a buyer upon receiving/collecting, ensure that the product is not damaged. After receiving, the buyer is responsible for the item.
Any delays due to the shipping company, BUGIstudio can not be held responsible. If the product is not delivered under some conditions, buyer is welcome to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. After contacting the shipping company, we will send a new product to buyer.
When ordering customized items at BUGIstudio, you agree that we can start customizing / manufacturing the item immediately after you have received an order confirmation, but we will always send a file for approval before we print your order. Because the product is customized, it means that you have no right of withdrawal when the order has been delivered, under section 18 (4) of the Consumer Agreement Act.
If the manufacturing/customising of product is not as per your expectations after you have received an order confirmation, you are most welcome to cancel the product before it is printed. In this regard, it is a requirement that your request of cancellation has come to BUGIstudio before manufacturing has started.
For items that are not customized with your own words, text or names, the general cancellation right is valid for 14 days after receiving of your item.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You must send your order back to us without any delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item, also the risk on the item till the time of delivery.
You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item, if anything has been done other than to understand and determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the product’s commercial value.
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a deterioration you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If your cancellation is on right time, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without any delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of request of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

According to the Purchasing Act, there is a 24 month warranty on all goods. The right of claim means that you as a buyer can complain about defects in the product that has occurred for up to 24 months after the purchase. These defects must not be due to improper use of the product or any other harmful effects that has caused the defect. You must write us within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect. If mentioned within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will be accepted fair.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Solutions via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. When you shop at BUGIstudio.com, you have a course of 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
It must be mentioned within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If mentioned within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will be considered timely.We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have when returning the item when the complaint is done.
